Acara yang berlangsung Via Zoom &nbsp;ini dihadiri oleh 139 peserta dari 33 universitas di seluruh Indonesia, seperti Universitas Samudra, STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, dan Universitas Riau. (Rabu,12\/06\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ketua Panitia, Muslimin, M.Pd., menyampaikan bahwa seminar ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mendiskusikan berbagai aspek pembangunan desa di Indonesia. &#8220;Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh para akademisi dan praktisi yang memiliki perhatian besar terhadap kemajuan desa di Indonesia,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ketua LPPM UMMAT, Dr. Ibrahim, M.Sc., menyambut hangat para peserta yang hadir dan menekankan pentingnya data dan penelitian dalam mendorong pembangunan desa. &#8220;Berdasarkan data IDN, terlihat bahwa ketimpangan pembangunan antara desa dan kota di Indonesia masih sangat tinggi. Oleh karena itu, kita perlu fokus pada pengembangan desa untuk mencapai Indonesia yang berkemajuan&#8221;, ungkapnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/ummat.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-06-12-at-09.58.42-2-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7348\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ummat.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-06-12-at-09.58.42-2-980x653.jpeg 980w, https:\/\/ummat.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-06-12-at-09.58.42-2-480x320.jpeg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHarapannya Seminar Nasional ke-3 ini dapat menjadi wadah bagi para akademisi, praktisi, dan masyarakat untuk berdiskusi dan berbagi pengetahuan mengenai pembangunan desa, juga dapat melahirkan ide-ide dan strategi inovatif yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembangunan desa di seluruh Indonesia\u201d, ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rektor UMMAT, yang diwakili oleh Wakil Rektor 1, Dr. Harry Irawan Johari, S.Hut., M.Si., menyoroti potensi besar yang dimiliki oleh desa, baik dari segi ekonomi, sosial, maupun ekologi. &#8220;Desa memiliki potensi yang sangat besar, namun minimnya sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan kurangnya infrastruktur yang memadai menyebabkan lambatnya pembangunan desa. Kita semestinya harus lebih proaktif berpikir bagaimana pembangunan itu dimulai dari desa dengan melakukan pemetaan potensi yang ada di desa sebagai langkah awal untuk pembangunan yang berkelanjutan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/ummat.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-06-12-at-09.58.43-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7349\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ummat.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-06-12-at-09.58.43-980x653.jpeg 980w, https:\/\/ummat.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-06-12-at-09.58.43-480x320.jpeg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain itu, Ia juga menyoroti masalah anggaran desa yang belum efektif dalam pengeluarannya. \u201cSalah satu kendala utama dalam pembangunan desa adalah kurangnya sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kompeten dalam mengelola anggaran desa. Akibatnya, banyak anggaran yang tidak teralokasikan dengan baik, sehingga pembangunan menjadi terhambat,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seminar ini juga menghadirkan tiga pemateri luar biasa yang memberikan wawasan dan pengalaman berharga mengenai pembangunan desa. Pemateri pertama, Drs. Samsul Widodo, M.A., (Staff ahli Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah, Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi RI), berbicara mengenai strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Pemateri kedua, Lalu Winengan, S.P., M.M., (Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Tata Ruang Kabupaten Lombok Barat), membahas tentang peran infrastruktur dalam pembangunan desa. Sementara pemateri ketiga, Yulhaidir, S.AP., (Ketua Forum Kepala Desa Se-Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat), memberikan perspektif mengenai kebijakan dan program pemerintah dalam mendukung pembangunan desa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dengan berakhirnya seminar ini, diharapkan berbagai ide dan gagasan yang muncul dapat diaplikasikan untuk mempercepat pembangunan desa di Indonesia.
